First it is childhood that passes, then youth, in the end we forget our dreams… – It does not have to be that way!
The biological robotic way of life is the alternative name for the “civilized,” conforming life. It means a manner of life characterized by daily repetitions. Even faults are being repeated. There is too little renewal and regeneration. Its associated marks are boredom, a bad mood, exhaustion, and fear. A fear mainly of changes and challenges.
This Conversation is between Sándor Lengyel, the creator of DRC and Dr Péter Váczi, anesthesiologist.
Péter: I have always been interested in this subject. I tried to find out about it from books and films. Because some time ago it occurred that I dreamt lucidly for a whole week. Then, of course, I didn’t know what was happening. My dreams fascinated me so much that I could hardly wait to sleep again and continue dreaming. Then, just as they started, they stopped just as suddenly. Since then I have missed them a lot, but sadly they didn’t continue. Instead, I had serious trouble sleeping and even now I have problems getting enough rest.
The best way to get a fulfilling rest and to renew your life at the same time is: DREAM MEDITATION. Are you looking for stability? When your life becomes a spinning wheel seemingly uncontrollable you can still find balance. How can you imagine this manifesting in your own life? This spinning is constantly pushing you forward in time and symbolizes your ever changing life and without it you may feel there is no progress. Balance and progress can still be achieved. You will find that this dynamic balance is the only stability in your life. Should the wheel stop, it will tilt, fall over and change will cease to happen. The goal is to keep the wheel, your life turning but having control and balance over it’s rhythm. We are all filled with instability and feel a sense of danger before we change. Just like a wheel preparing to stop.
Modern cinematic and virtual reality technology already exists, now through extensive research and development dream reality technology has arrived.
Where are dreams born inside us?
According to what we know today our dreams are born with us, when we enter this world, not merely through our memories but the moment we are created. One part of our complex life takes place in our dreams and the other takes place when we are awake. Everybody has a dream life just like everybody has a waking life. The two sides exist in tandem and they are joined together like Siamese twins. Even those who do not remember their dreams have this twin life. We all have our own unique wakeful reality and our own unique dream reality.
What is the relationship between our dreams and our future? Is it possible to foredream our future? Is it possible that our dreams are based in reality?
The very same functions of our brain that are involved with dreaming may also be involved with how we unconsciously effect our future. We feed our minds with our unique experiences of the world, and find permanent storage with them through our dreams. It is through this way that they become part of our personal lives. What we are finding now is that we can alter our future through our dreams in a fully conscious manner and make our future better. This consciousness is also called mindfulness.
As one of the developers of Dream Reality Cinema and as the writer of this blog, I welcome you all into the world of dreaming! Let me briefly introduce myself: I am a physician. Originally I worked as a pathologist trainee, the experiences and lessons I learnt during my course has proved to be useful to this very day. It has given me a broad overview of possible scenarios and problem solving techniques and the opportunity to learn from great teachers. I am extremely grateful for that experience and training. After finishing my studies and work there, I had a successful Medical Sexology Practice: using my own invention titled the ‘Orgasm Service Clinic’ to teach clients tools and techniques for their lives. During this time I was also a leader and teacher at the Hungarian school for EOS (Expert – Operator – System) training students. My partner Sándor Lengyel is the founder of Dream Reality Cinema and the director of the EOS INSTITUTE.
There are many types of classical meditation techniques. One could could spend a lifetime learning each different one. Added to the fact that these techniques can take years to fully understand and master. The differences between each meditation is the same as the differences between two sport disciplines; a good swimmer is not necessarily going to be a good runner, each discipline like each meditation requires practice.
The creators of DRC used their 25 years of experience working with Meditation and Dreaming, to build and design this innovative program. Thousands of men and women who have experienced Dream Meditation confess to small miracles happening in their lives. Even today, after 10-20 years of working this program, they are still enjoying its beneficial effects. What was it and how did it become what we know today as DRC?
Almost everyone at least once has experienced conscious dreaming. It can be recognized by an intense emotional and sensorial feeling the person is left with afterwards, an experience that has a lifelong impact and can never be forgotten. The difference between conscious dreaming and ordinary, superficial dreaming is this one major difference, the long lasting effect it has that carries the seed of change in it. (more…)
