How Should You Prepare?

Drink plenty of water

Purposeful hydration is important to maintain adequate mental capacity. If you do not drink enough, the brain’s ability to learn decreases.

Eat intentionally

During the program we also accelerate self-regeneration. Consuming light, easily digestible food is recommended 2 hours prior to the start of the movie.

Dress comfortably

Wear whatever feels good. We will not mess your hair or wrinkle your shirt. Just sit back and relax in a comfortable chair.

Arrive earlier

The key to success is time. Enter 10 minutes early and get ready for your training. Tune into our program and think of your goals.
